Our Values

Led By Farmers, For Farmers

Real Deal Dairy™ is a farmer-led business that brings together organic dairy farmers from across the UK, united by a shared belief that how we farm matters. We believe in addressing the modern challenges of food production, animal welfare and the environment through the proven principles of organic farming – without compromise. From Cornwall to Scotland, every one of our farmers is committed to working in harmony with nature, caring for their animals and protecting the land for generations to come.

Our Mission

Our mission is simple: to help build a better dairy industry through organic farming. We’re not just about delivering dairy; we’re about sparking a Moo-vement towards sustainable farming and ethical practices, because we believe great-tasting dairy and responsible farming should always go hand-in-hand. We believe dairy can be both irresistibly tasty and responsibly produced when farmed organically, in harmony with nature. But creating lasting change takes all of us. That’s why we’re building a community of people who believe that how we farm matters. Together, we can support organic farming, champion better choices and help create a future where farmers, animals and nature can thrive.
